goodbye ole girls

I am never sentimental about running shoes, a lot of runners are, but for me i happily hurl them in the bin and lace on my new brand spankers. These ones though, have some important history, they ran in Sydney with me which was a pretty special time, and were then relegated to trail duties and so have accompanied me on my recent longest ever trail runs in preparation for my first 45k race in December.


I kinda thought they deserved some form of recognition. so here it is. recognition. and then the bin.
