restaurant opening

tonight i did the photography for the opening of Top of the Terrace, a new restaurant in town. i felt really relaxed taking the pics tonight, as apposed to the last dinner i did, which scared the pants off me. we ate dinner while i snapped and so i was able to sit back and look for photo opportunities rather than feel like im on the spot. not that i expect to often have that luxury, but i think tonight taught me to remember to take my time and observe more. i enjoyed it and the lighting was nice so i had fun playing with reflection. heres a few.

romance

i was asked to do a job for a B&B i have done photos for previously. this time she was after some romantic shots for some promotional stuff, as well as photographing a dinner she was holding. heres my efforts at making the world look romantic, without people, just light.
