that is ridiculous. i never meant this to be anything more than a fun thing to do, but i am now committed to cutting down my food wastage forever. 300,000 tonnes is mad.
So i am on day 4, and yesterday i made gnocci, and had it with a tomato, onion and olive sauce.
and fresh tomato soup.
and a roast pumpkin salad, had that yesterday and today.
and pasta with pesto tonight.

that gnocci looks wicked. in fact, all that food looks wicked.
the pesto looks different to mine. Yours just looks like avi with a touch of basil. What's that about?
